We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.  Join our fast-moving team in Zürich to sell, implement and support the Squirro platform - an unstructured data discovery and analysis platform for Squirro customers.



  • Develop strong customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Be comfortable communicating and presenting analytic findings to clients.
  • Manage the growth and the retention of the book of business.
  • Create policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience.
  • Perform customer onboarding, training, and support.
  • Carry out periodic health checks to improve the overall customer experience and success.
  • Direct the activities of small teams to achieve objectives.
  • Support the sales team for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.



  • Direct client management/relationship experience.
  • Experience with the use of analytic and/or data visualization software.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.
  • Experience implementing or supporting solutions on-premises or in the cloud.
  • Strong presentation skills including advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to grow and scale upward with a fast-growing company.
  • Experience in managing complex internal and external customer relationships.
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Other languages are welcomed (German).

Preferred experiences

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Delivery & Engineering).
  • Basic or better technical skills in one or more of HTML, javascript or Python.
  • Experiences or strong interest in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
  • Experience or strong interest in Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning.
