We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Join our fast-moving team in Zürich to sell, implement and support the Squirro platform - an unstructured data discovery and analysis platform for Squirro customers.
- Develop strong customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Be comfortable communicating and presenting analytic findings to clients.
- Manage the growth and the retention of the book of business.
- Create policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience.
- Perform customer onboarding, training, and support.
- Carry out periodic health checks to improve the overall customer experience and success.
- Direct the activities of small teams to achieve objectives.
- Support the sales team for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Direct client management/relationship experience.
- Experience with the use of analytic and/or data visualization software.
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.
- Experience implementing or supporting solutions on-premises or in the cloud.
- Strong presentation skills including advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to grow and scale upward with a fast-growing company.
- Experience in managing complex internal and external customer relationships.
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can-do” attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Other languages are welcomed (German).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Delivery & Engineering).
- Experiences or strong interest in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience or strong interest in Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning.
