We are looking for a creative well-rounded, conversion-oriented Content Marketing Manager to join our team in our HQ in Zurich.

Our ideal candidate has provable experience creating and managing breakthrough and innovative content, storytelling and messaging across different channels. The main goal is to attract, engage and interact with business and IT decision-makers interested in advanced analytics, business intelligence, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP).

  • As a content marketing manager you are creating original and highly engaging content for our website, collateral, advertising, email, and social campaigns. 
  • You must also adhere to SEO best practices and ensure that the content is optimized for conversions.
  • Coming up with content goals and strategies and pitching ideas to the Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Collaborating with other departments and team members and brainstorming subjects for creative content.
  • Creating unique, simple-to-understand, and user-friendly content that is highly engaging, and optimized for conversions and search engines.
  • Writing new and editing existing content across different channels. 
  • Editing and proofreading new content before publication.
  • Managing the distribution of content through our various channels, including social media, online advertising, and email.
  • Analyzing performance indicators, website visitor engagement, and determining the effectiveness of created content.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German. French is a strong plus.
  • 5 years+ experience producing conversion-oriented content in a B2B environment, focusing on analytics or related software. 
  • Good working knowledge of HTML and SEO.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, while enjoying being part of a multicultural and worldwide spread team.
