Over the past 5 years we have built an operation in the US (New York) with a number of blue chip customers and prospects. On the back of the recent Generative AI market revolution, we seek to engage an exceptional individual that can help us build and scale our presence in North America.
You will be focused on closing as many deals as possible and will do what it takes to make it happen. You are good at prospecting and confident at closing, which shows your confidence and persistence, but also a deep understanding of Squirro, its mission, and its culture.
You will evolve into leading Account Executives and BDRs and will ensure that our growing US operations are growing rapidly and is run efficiently and effectively. You enjoy this entrepreneurial role and have pride to take part in growing the North American presence.
What you'll do
Driving sales using an array of prospecting activities and cultivation of relationships with institutions in designated territories and industries including generating new leads with targeted businesses. You will use various prospecting activities, including cold calling, customer referrals, and partner relationships
- Design and deliver live sales presentations to prospective customers and develops relationships with individual businesses
- Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Squirro
- Retain our existing customer base by delivering on the Squirro solution; works with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels that exceed customer expectations
- Lead Account Executives and BDRs towards achieving our sales targets in the market
- Collaborate with our Marketing and Delivery team to ensure regional excellence in lead generation and pre-sales activities
- Maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepares sales and activity reports
